ANTHEM - Anthem is a Del Webb community located in Henderson, in the Black Mountains, high above the Las Vegas valley. The 4,755 acre development offers several communities, all designed to blend into the high desert scenery. Anthem Country Club is an exclusive guard gated, private Country Club community with homes ranging from the mid $700,000's to the millions for custom homes with views of the mountains, the valley and the Las Vegas Strip.

ALIANTE - Aliante is a Master Planned Community located in North Las Vegas. This community is located in the north section of the valley, with views of the Sheep Mountain Range. This community consists of 1,100 acres dedicated to housing, with more than 400 acres of parks, recreation and public use.
Sun City Aliante is an active adult golf course community with homes starting in the $300,000's. The family village offers homes from the $300,000's, as well.
