ANTHEM - Anthem is a Del Webb community located in Henderson, in the Black Mountains, high above the Las Vegas valley. The 4,755 acre development offers several communities, all designed to blend into the high desert scenery. Anthem Country Club is an exclusive guard gated, private Country Club community with homes ranging from the mid $700,000's to the millions for custom homes with views of the mountains, the valley and the Las Vegas Strip.

Anthem Country Club offers a championship Hale Irwin golf course, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Spa, stadium style tennis courts, clubhouse, lush News Blog resort style pools and gourmet dining. Sun City Anthem is a Del Webb retirement community, with more than 10,000 single family homes and town homes priced from the mid $300,000's.  Del Webb Sun City Anthem is surrounded by the Revere Golf Course. Anthem Highlands and Anthem Coventry offer single family homes, priced from the mid $400,000's.

The new Anthem Solera is an active adult community with 2,000 homes priced from the $300,000's. Solera features a community clubhouse, pools, exercise facility and tennis courts.

MACDONALD HIGHLANDS - Located in Henderson, high above the valley, MacDonald Highlands is a luxury master planned community offering a new, privately gated neighborhood of personal estate residences.

Stone Mountain Ridge offers expansive views of the Las Vegas valley, designed for homes of 10,000 to more than 50,000 square feet. Custom home sites, with elevation changes of more than 260 vertical feet, range from one acre to more than three acres; prices for these custom home sites begin at $2.5 million.

MacDonald Highlands is surrounded by Dragon Ridge Country Club and 10 acres of park area. Four custom home neighborhoods are available offering custom lots, with multi-level pads, hillside elevations and golf course views. There is a clubhouse with formal dining room, lounge, grill, Fitness Center, golf pro shop and a 10,000 square foot ballroom.

QUEENSRIDGE - Queensridge is located in the planned community of Peccole Ranch, located adjacent to Summerlin. Queensridge is home to the new One Queensridge Place, the ultimate in condominium living.

One Queensridge Place will offer condominiums with private casitas, garages, fitness Center, wine cellar with private dining room, wine tasting room, indoor and outdoor pools, concierge service, theatre room and unparalleled views of the city and mountains. Prices start at $1,500,000.

Ground has broken for the new Village at Queensridge, which will be a mixed-use development including luxury mid-rise condominiums, upscale retail boutiques, restaurants, office buildings and unique resident amenities. Prices for condos at the Village at Queensridge will start in the $400,000's.

Queensridge also offers many custom homes, priced from 2 million, and other single family homes from the $700,000's. Queensridge is surrounded by Badlands Golf Club.

RED ROCK COUNTRY CLUB - Located within the SUMMERLIN community, Red Rock Country Club features luxury and custom homes priced from the $700,000's up to several millions. Red Rock is a development of Sunrise Colony, one of the top country club and golf course developers in the country. More than 3/4 of the homes at Red Rock Country Club have golf-front frontage, while the rest of the community offers fabulous views of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

SIENA - Siena is an active adult golf course community located at the southern tip of Summerlin. Siena Golf Club features an 18 hole golf course. This 665 acre gated retirement community offers more than 2,000 homes, including single family homes and villas.

Siena offers a 39,000 square foot Village, which is the hub of social activities. There is a 7,200 square foot Sunrise Ballroom and stage facility and more than 8,000 square feet of arts and crafts space, meeting rooms, library, business center, computer lab, and billiard and card rooms.

The Health and Fitness Center contains a Wellness Center, full service Salon, cardio and weight equipment, saunas, steam rooms; there is also a 25 yard indoor heated lap pool and a 115,000 gallon clover-shaped outdoor heated swimming pool with beautiful spa, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and bocce courts. This is truly an "active" adult community!

SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS - One of the newest communities is Southern Highlands, which is located in the southwestern valley. Conveniently located with easy access to I-215, the strip and US 95, the community offers a variety of floor plans by several builders. Homes range from 1,400 s.f. to more than 6,000 s.f. Luxury homes and Custom Homes have been built within the gated Southern Highlands Golf Course.

The golf course features a 42,000 s.f. clubhouse with library, wine room, dining and shops. The developer of the golf course is Robert Trent, and it was recently named the Best New Private Golf Club by Golf Digest!

Buyers can choose a home by several national builders, or can purchase a Custom Home Lot on the golf course for their custom home. Custom homes and custom home sites begin are priced in the millions. Custom home sites are still available with magnificent views of the valley and Las Vegas Strip.

SPANISH TRAIL - Spanish Trail (also known as Spanish Trails) was the first guard-gated community in Las Vegas. Located near Tropicana and Rainbow, in the growing southwest corridor of Las Vegas, community is home to the Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club, a members-only facility that offers a clubhouse, fitness center, fine dining, tennis and many other resident amenities.

Many of its semi-custom and custom homes surround its 27-hole championship course, which was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The course features lush, tree-lined fairways with more than 120 bunkers, 15 lakes with streams and waterfalls, and scenic views of the nearby Spring Mountains. Homes in Spanish Trail are priced from the high $600,000's to several million dollars.
