If you’re planning to relocate to Las Vegas, you’ve made the right choice!  Las Vegas is a most livable city due to its pro-business attitude, low tax burden, employment opportunities and product growthLas Vegas is known as the Entertainment Capital of the world, with its fabulous resorts, casinos and spas.  The Las Vegas Strip is adding new and exciting casinos, hotels, high-rise condominiums, condominium/hotels and nightclubs.

In addition to the growing resort and casino industry, Las Vegas is a great family place.  If you’re planning to call Las Vegas home, you’ll find beautiful residential communities, excellent educational opportunities, culture, excellent leisure activities and family-oriented entertainment.

OVERVIEW - Las Vegas is located in the Mojave Desert in Clark County, Nevada.  The Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Spring Mountains that surround the city offer beautiful views, and act as a barrier to harsh weather.  In fact, the sun shines 340 days each year in Las Vegas!

The area is served by the McCarran International AirportLas Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson are among the fastest growing cities in the nation, and have each added new Master Planned Communities, mixed-use developments, golf course developments, custom home communities and retirement communities.

The luxury condominium market also continues to offer new developments of high-rise, mid-rise, Strip, urban, downtown and suburban mixed-use communities.  MGM City Center, Newport Lofts, Manhattan West, Cosmopolitan, Trump Towers, Tivoli Village, Allure, are among the most popular luxury condominium choices of new Las Vegas home buyers.

EDUCATION - Las Vegas is one the top choices in the southwest for private schools.  Among the list of private schools in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas are Merryhill School, Meadows School, Alexander Dawson School, Faith Lutheran Schools, Las Vegas Day School, to name just a few.

The Clark County School District (CCSD) is the second largest employer in southern Nevada, and educates over 300,000 students.  CCSD is a dynamic school district, dedicated to pupil achievement. The University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) has become the leading center for training engineers.  Hi tech companies have been relocating to the valley throughout the past decade, while UNLV and Community College of Southern Nevada have continued to meet their needs by adding new curriculum and new continuing education courses for their scientists.

UNLV School of Medicine was established in 1969 and is affiliated with hospitals and clinics throughout southern Nevada.  Las Vegas has benefited in recent years from the new medical professionals relocating to the area.

DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS - Downtown Las Vegas has experienced new growth with the renovation of the hotels and the development of high-rise condos offering an urban lifestyle. 

An integral part of the Las Vegas downtown revitalization has been the opening of the World Market Center, which will offer a total of 12 million square feet of market space.  Commercial development includes the expansion of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets Mall, completion of the IRS building and construction of the Molaksy Corporate Center.

SHOPPING - Las Vegas has become a shopping mecca, with fine shops in the new Miracle Mile Shops, shops at Bellagio, Wynn Esplanade, Mandalay Place, The District at Green Valley Ranch, Fashion Show Mall, The Forum Shops and Grand Canal Shops at the Venetian.  Residents and visitors will love the new shopping and entertainment centers at Town Square, now open, and Summerlin Centre, currently under construction.
